To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for new Merchant Enablement Specialist


Job purpose:


Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the merchant journey, from account creation to the first live transaction, ensuring service quality, compliance standards, and adherence to defined timelines.


Responsibilities:


  • Execute all orders processes for merchants' entire registration cycle end to end including: All merchants request registration activities within 2 hours in all Geidea systems (Geidea core banking system, Saudi payment system and initiate the installation ticket on Geidea ticketing system)
  • Handle all merchants’ issues on Geidea ticketing system smoothly within 45 minutes/merchant
  • Conduct KYC/KYB process bank accounts verification and configurations including verifying bank account details, aligning with all internal stakeholders (risk, compliance, fin-ops, fraud team) and enabling/disabling payout for the merchants
  • Work closely with product team to test any changes and new features and ensure they are deployed on the system
  • Facilitate and create contracts in core banking system for key accounts and work closely with key account team to enable financial services and processes
  • Review & approve all Merchants applications created on Geidea core banking system ensuing all configuration settings are accurate.
  • Support Junior staff functions to avoid escalations.
  • Review and Report / Co-ordinate with the IT teams for the issues / defects observed.
  • Handle 3rd party request and communication updates such as financiers or vendors.



Must have technical/professional qualifications:


  • 2-4 Years of experience in the POS/Payment industry and KYC & KYB processing as per SAMA guidelines
