What You’ll Own

Identify and develop new revenue streams within the merchant portfolio including upsell opportunities, premium programme tiers, and commercial partnerships that extend beyond the core platform offering

Conduct structured, data-driven analysis of merchant behaviour, category trends, and portfolio performance.

Define and maintain the merchant performance framework, including success metrics, health scoring, and intervention protocols

Drive GMV growth across the brand portfolio through loyalty programme optimisation, campaign activation, and pickup order volume improvement

Monitor portfolio health through a structured performance dashboard and lead escalation processes for at-risk accounts

Lead and coach two Account Management teams.

Establish team targets aligned to company GMV and retention objective

Conduct regular pipeline reviews and performance rhythms across the account management function

Partner with Product to channel merchant feedback into platform development priorities

Coordinate with Sales and BD to ensure a structured brand onboarding and account handover process
Who You Are-
8+ years of experience in account management or commercial operations within a technology platform or marketplace

Minimum 2–3 years in a people management capacity, with demonstrated experience leading team leads or managers

Proven record of driving measurable commercial growth across a managed portfolio

Experience in F&B, retail, or loyalty platforms is an advantage
