Major Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

• Conduct outbound cold calling to prospective merchants and partners to introduce VaultsPay’s acquiring and payment solutions
• Handle inbound calls and sales inquiries, providing initial product information and qualifying leads
• Identify new sales opportunities through calls, referrals, and basic market research
• Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales or acquiring team members

Customer Engagement

• Maintain professional and persuasive communication with potential clients
• Understand client needs and clearly articulate the value of VaultsPay’s payment solutions
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective merchants and partners

Sales Support & Coordination

• Update CRM systems with accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-up actions
• Coordinate with internal teams (Acquiring, Operations, Compliance) to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets

Market Product Knowledge

• Develop a basic understanding of fintech, payments, merchant acquiring, and digital transaction solutions
• Stay informed about VaultsPay products, pricing, and key differentiators

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Minimum 2 years in sales, telesales, call center, or customer-facing roles
• Comfortable with cold-calling, outbound sales, and handling objections
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
• Willingness to work in a target-oriented sales environment
• Immediate availability to join

Preferred

• Exposure to fintech, payments, banking, or financial services
• Previous experience in telesales, B2B sales, or merchant acquisition
• Familiarity with CRM tools or basic sales tracking systems
• Female candidates are preferred
