Mern Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to create high-quality, user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain dynamic web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Design and manage databases using MongoDB.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow between front-end and back-end.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or Full-Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and frameworks like React.js and Node.js.
• 1–3 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack or Full-Stack Developer.
• Experience with Express.js, MongoDB, and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git/GitHub).
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points):

• Experience with Next.js or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AWS, Firebase, or other cloud services.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
