MERN FULL STACK DEVELOPER

Key Responsibilities:

• Bring a minimum of 3+ years of proven onsite experience working as a MERN Stack Developer, demonstrating hands-on expertise in real-world production environments.
• Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build and optimize reusable front-end components while ensuring clean, maintainable, and efficient code standards.
• Architect, design, and manage NoSQL databases—primarily MongoDB—with a strong focus on performance, data integrity, and security.
• Integrate and manage RESTful APIs to ensure smooth and efficient communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across devices.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and enhance existing systems by identifying bottlenecks and implementing robust solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, improvements, and strategic product enhancements.
• Stay updated with modern development tools, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

Requirements:

• 3 years of professional experience as a Senior MERN or Full-Stack Developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Strong experience with MongoDB and REST API development/integration.
• Solid understanding of Git/GitHub workflows and responsive UI design principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript or Next.js.
• Familiarity with AWS, Firebase, or other cloud platforms.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
