Role Overview:

We’re hiring a MERN + Next.js Developer to join our onsite team in Sialkot. You’ll be responsible for building SEO-optimised, high-performance web applications using the MERN stack and Next.js. This role demands clean architecture, collaborative execution, and a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and Next.js
• Implement SSR and SSG strategies for SEO-friendly builds
• Translate requirements documents into modular, scalable code
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and ERP systems
• Optimise performance, security, and responsiveness across devices
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and marketing teams for client-ready deliverables
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and documentation workflows

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack and Next.js
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Git workflows, and modern JS practices
• Experience with Laravel, Vue.js, or Python is a plus
• Familiarity with SEO principles, Core Web Vitals, and Lighthouse audits
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment with clear accountability

Bonus Points:

• Experience with multi-location platforms or marketplace modules
• Exposure to CRO, schema markup, or robots.txt optimisation
• Passion for clean code, documentation, and premium UX
