MERN Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, and will have experience building full-stack applications from scratch. Knowledge of PostgreSQL is a plus.

As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable, and efficient applications. You will collaborate with a team of developers and designers to create innovative web solutions and contribute to all stages of the development lifecycle, from design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Build responsive, reusable, and efficient front-end components using React.js, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js.
• Work with MongoDB for data storage, retrieval, and management.
• Build mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Implement animations and interactions using GSAP and Framer Motion for enhancing the user experience.
• Work with Sanity and Strapi to manage content through headless CMS integrations.
• Develop eCommerce platforms using Shopify and WordPress, ensuring smooth integration with custom-built features.
• Customize and design websites using Webflow.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards
• Integrate third-party APIs and work with databases to ensure smooth application functionality.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Integrate with third-party APIs and services as needed.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other team members to create user-friendly and high-performance web applications.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the entire application stack.
• Implement security best practices and data protection strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Proficiency in front-end development using React.js, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
• Solid understanding of backend development with Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Experience with MongoDB and its related tools (e.g., Mongoose).
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and modern UI/UX practices.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of deployment tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control platforms (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
• Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with Next.js.
