About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build user-friendly, efficient, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Work with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and interactive user interfaces.
• Manage and maintain databases (MongoDB), including performance tuning and schema design.
• Collaborate with the QA team to troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum (3-5) Years of Experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party API integrations.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub or other version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Next.js or Redux.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
• Understanding of Docker and containerized applications.
