MERN Stack Developer

Technosoft Solutions is seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in developing modern web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the full MERN stack, capable of building scalable applications, writing clean code, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly UI using React.js and related libraries.
• Build RESTful APIs, integrate third-party APIs, and ensure seamless front-end and back-end communication.
• Maintain code quality through proper documentation, version control, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the application stack.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver timely and reliable solutions.
• Assist in architectural discussions and provide technical recommendations during project planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in MERN stack development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern development practices.
• Experience with React.js, Redux or Context API, functional components, and hooks.
• Solid understanding of Node.js, Express.js, and server-side development.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, data modeling, and aggregation pipelines.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Understanding of deployment processes, preferably on cloud platforms.
• Basic knowledge of unit testing and debugging tools.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Next.js or other front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of microservices and containerization (Docker).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
