Mern Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in frontend and backend components
• Maintain code quality through reviews, best practices, and documentation
• Work with databases, schema design, and data structures
• Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js
• Experience with MongoDB (queries, aggregation, schema design)
• Familiarity with Redux / Context API
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Knowledge of Git, version control, and deployment tools
• Understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or others) is a bonus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
