We are currently expanding our engineering division and looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer who can influence architectural direction, lead development tasks, and offer mentorship to junior developers.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced full-stack engineer with deep expertise in the MERN stack and a strong understanding of scalable system architecture. This position includes handling end-to-end development, improving system performance, and collaborating with multiple teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development:

Create and maintain fast, scalable applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.

• Architecture & Design:

Develop application structures with emphasis on scalability, performance, maintainability, and security.

• Backend Engineering:

Build robust server-side functionality, including REST APIs, authentication workflows, and database connectivity.

• Frontend Engineering:

Develop clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using React and modern JavaScript technologies.

• Database Management:

Design schema structures, enhance database queries, and follow best practices for MongoDB optimization and storage.

• Testing & Code Quality:

Write unit tests, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clean, reliable code through reviews and best practices.

• Version Control:

Work within Git-based workflows to support collaboration, branching strategies, and deployment processes.

• Security & Compliance:

Follow secure coding principles and address potential security vulnerabilities within the application.

• Documentation:

Prepare clear, detailed documentation covering systems, APIs, workflows, and deployment processes.

• Collaboration & Leadership:

Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Support junior developers through guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with the MERN stack and full-stack development.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.
Frontend Expertise: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React-related libraries.
Backend Knowledge: Strong grasp of API development, server-side logic, and performance optimization techniques.
Testing & Debugging: Experience with automated testing tools and troubleshooting complex issues.
Architecture Understanding: Familiarity with scalable architecture design, software patterns, and cloud fundamentals.
Security Awareness: Knowledge of web security standards, authentication practices, and secure coding.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership qualities, analytical thinking, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
