Job Title: Senior MERN Stack Developer (Full-Time, On-Site)
Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (PKT) — Night Shift
Location: College Road, Township, Lahore

To support our ongoing growth, we are strengthening our engineering team and seeking a Senior MERN Stack Developer who can guide architectural decisions, manage complex development tasks, and mentor junior engineers.

Position Summary

We are looking for a seasoned full-stack developer with deep hands-on experience in the MERN stack and a solid grasp of modern, scalable system design. The role involves full lifecycle development, enhancing system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the company.

Main Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development:

• Build and maintain high-performance applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.

System Architecture & Design:

• Define and implement system structures with a focus on scalability, performance, maintainability, and security.

Backend Development:

• Create strong server-side logic, develop RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms, and integrate with databases.

Frontend Development:

• Develop user-friendly, responsive interfaces using React and modern JavaScript tools.

Database Management:

• Design efficient schemas, optimize MongoDB queries, and apply best practices for data handling and storage.

Quality Assurance:

• Write unit tests, debug complex issues, and maintain clean, efficient code through reviews and best practices.

Version Control:

• Use Git-based workflows for collaboration, branching, and deployment processes.

Security Compliance:

• Apply secure development standards and address security vulnerabilities proactively.

Documentation:

• Produce clear and organized documentation for systems, APIs, workflows, and deployment guidelines.

Teamwork & Leadership:

• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge, giving feedback, and supporting their growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of MERN stack and full-stack development experience.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.
• Frontend Skills: Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React tools/libraries.
• Backend Knowledge: Strong grasp of APIs, server-side logic, and performance optimization.
• Testing: Experience with automated testing tools and debugging complex issues.
• Architecture: Understanding of scalable systems, software design patterns, and basic cloud concepts.
• Security: Knowledge of authentication, web security standards, and secure coding practices.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership abilities, problem-solving, and teamwork.
