MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack & Next.js Trainer to mentor learners in building real-world, production-ready web applications using modern industry best practices.

Key Requirements:

2–3+ years of professional experience in MERN stack and Next.js

Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and Next.js

Hands-on experience with REST APIs, authentication (JWT), middleware, and API security

Solid understanding of Next.js concepts including App Router, Server & Client Components, API routes, SSR/SSG/ISR, and performance optimization

Proficiency in React hooks, state management (Context API / Redux), and routing

Experience with Git/GitHub, debugging, and clean coding practices

Familiarity with Linux deployments, Docker, and cloud platforms (optional but preferred)

Excellent communication, mentoring, and teaching skills
