Mern Stack Developer

Job Description:

We’re seeking a MERN Stack Developer with deep expertise in TypeScript and Zod for full-stack development. You’ll build scalable, production-ready applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, while leveraging AI-powered development tools. The role also includes server management on Ubuntu, deployment to Plesk, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines with basic Docker usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
• Apply TypeScript and Zod for type-safe development and validation across the stack.
• Design and maintain modular, scalable Zod schema structures.
• Build responsive, accessible UIs using Next.js, React.js, and ShadCN.
• Utilize AI-enhanced IDEs and coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf) to accelerate workflows.
• Integrate tools from AI platforms like bolt.new, Lovable, or similar into the development pipeline.
• Manage Ubuntu servers via terminal and handle production deployments on Plesk.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration and contribute to Docker-based setups.

Required Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript (frontend + backend).
• Strong understanding and practical use of Zod for validation and schema design.
• Production-level experience with Next.js, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience with AI-enhanced IDEs and agents (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf).
• Familiarity with bolt.new, Lovable, or similar AI platforms.
• Proficient in Ubuntu server management, Plesk deployments, and CI/CD integration.
• Basic working knowledge of Docker.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and SEO optimization in Next.js.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, Prisma, or Mongoose advanced patterns.

Requirements:

• 1 – 2 years experience.

Bachelor’s degree (minimum) – Computer Science or related field preferred
