Lead MERN Stack Engineer

Position: Senior React & Python MERN Stack Developer
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Location: Bahria Phase 4 Civic Centre Islamabad

On-site Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js
• Build robust backend services using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
• Work with MongoDB, Express.js, Node.js within MERN architecture
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design and architecture
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid backend experience with Python
• Hands-on experience with MERN Stack
• Proficiency in databases (MongoDB, SQL)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
