We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in deep learning, data science, model optimization, and production-level AI systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading AI initiatives, mentoring junior engineers, and transforming business challenges into scalable machine learning pipelines. The candidate should be comfortable handling large datasets, building predictive models, integrating algorithms into applications, and ensuring high performance and reliability. Experience with cloud platforms, MLOps, and modern AI frameworks is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Lead end-to-end AI/ML pipeline development from data preprocessing to model deployment.
• Build and optimize scalable ML architectures for real-time and batch processing.
• Conduct research on emerging AI techniques and integrate best practices.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate models into production systems.
• Evaluate model performance using statistical and analytical techniques.
• Develop APIs and automation scripts for model serving and monitoring.
• Identify business opportunities and recommend innovative AI solutions.
• Mentor junior AI/ML team members and guide them through technical challenges.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance in all AI workflows.
• Work with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) for production deployments.
• Document systems, workflows, and model performance for internal use.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, deep learning, or data science.
• Strong programming expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
• Proficiency in MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow, Airflow).
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and feature engineering.
• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks).
• Strong mathematics and statistics background.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred/Good to Have

• Experience in Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models).
• Knowledge of API development using FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Familiarity with model optimization, quantization, pruning.
• Previous experience leading AI teams or projects.
