MERN Stack Developer (Back-end)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer (back-end) to oversee the development of high-quality web, mobile, and backend applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep understanding of full-stack development, and proficiency in DevOps practices to ensure seamless deployment and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and SQL.
• Oversee mobile application development using React Native.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Docker.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience in React Native for mobile app development.
• Practical knowledge of AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, GraphQL, or Redis.
• Prior exposure to scaling applications for enterprise-level environments.

Shift Timings: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

It is a full-time, office based role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
