MERN Stack Developer (Full-Time | Day Shift)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in modern web development using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
You will be responsible for building high-quality applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of scalable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver new features
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Participate in code reviews, share feedback, and support team improvements
• Build responsive UI components and ensure application performance across devices
• Integrate APIs and optimize database queries for performance and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional MERN Stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/ES6+ and modern development practices
• In-depth understanding of RESTful APIs, backend logic, and database design
• Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows
• Familiarity with frontend performance optimization and responsive design
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Work Schedule

• Full-Time Position (Onsite)
• Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday to Friday
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
