Shift Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with 3–4 years of professional experience in building robust, scalable, and efficient web applications. The ideal candidate will be an expert in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with the ability to deliver high-performance solutions that enhance user experience and drive technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Implement and maintain database schemas in MongoDB.
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Perform code reviews, debug applications, and provide technical guidance.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional MERN stack development experience.
• Expert-level knowledge in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and state management (Redux, MobX).
• Proficiency in responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Hands-on experience with Git and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies and project requirements.
