MERN Stack Developer (Senior & Junior Positions)

Skylinx Technologies is looking for motivated and skilled MERN Stack Developers to join our growing team. We are hiring for both Senior and Junior-level positions. The ideal candidates should be passionate about building high-quality applications, writing clean code, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
• Write clean, scalable, and reusable code
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and backend teams
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team standards
• Work on new features, modules, and enhancements

Senior Developer Requirements (3+ Years):

• Strong hands-on experience with MERN stack
• Solid understanding of database design and backend architecture
• Experience with authentication, JWT, and role-based access
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and mentor junior developers
• Experience with Git, deployment, and performance optimization

Junior Developer Requirements (6 Months – 1 Year):

• Good understanding of JavaScript, React, and Node.js
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON
• Basic knowledge of MongoDB and Express.js
• Eagerness to learn, improve, and contribute to team projects
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

General Requirements (All Applicants):

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore
