Mernstack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using Node.js / Express
• Work with PostgreSQL and enhance ETL processes for data imports from MSSQL
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with various services
• Develop a web-based admin interface using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and security best practices
• Manage GKE containerized apps and cloud integrations (Google Cloud Storage)
• Integrate third-party tools such as Stripe and Winston
• Write and maintain unit tests with Jest to ensure reliable code quality

Tech Stack / Tools:

• Backend: Node.js, Express, Knex, Joi, Bree, PostgreSQL
• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
• Cloud & Tools: Google Cloud Storage, Stripe, ExcelJS, Winston, Jest, GKE

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in backend development (Node.js / Express)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, ETL processes, and database design
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (MSSQL is a plus)
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerized applications
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team
