- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and correspondence safely and efficiently.
- Handle official paperwork with government offices, embassies, banks, and other entities.
- Ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment (signatures/receipts) for all deliveries.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and information.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and document preparation when required.
- Monitor and report any delivery issues or delays.
- Maintain a log of all dispatched and received items.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
