Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms .
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Create and test ad creatives, captions, and landing pages to maximize CTR and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Optimize campaigns for cost efficiency (CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with brand objectives.
  • Implement A/B testing to identify best-performing ad strategies.
  • Stay updated on Meta Ads Manager policies, tools, and algorithm changes.
  • Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, and daily spend allocation.
  • Track conversions through Meta Pixel and troubleshoot event tracking issues.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite
  • Understanding of ad metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and engagement rate
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Creative thinking for ad copy and visuals
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta Ad campaigns
  • Certification in Meta Ads (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking tools is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
