What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and execute paid media strategies focused on driving eCommerce sales.
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
• Define campaign goals, KPIs, and budgets in alignment with business objectives.
• Launch, test, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google & Meta.
• Run structured A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Adapt campaigns quickly to reflect active promotions, deals, and seasonal events.
• Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards and Excel reports for clear and actionable insights.
• Take a proactive, growth-focused approach: identify scaling opportunities, test new strategies, and align spend with product performance.

What you’ll bring into the table:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven ability to optimize campaigns for ROAS and scale eCommerce sales.
• Experience managing budgets of $25,000+ USD per month.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to report insights and recommendations.
• Experience driving Amazon product sales through external traffic.
• Familiarity with Amazon Attribution or similar tracking tools.
• Experience in the skincare and beauty industry.
• TikTok Shop Ads or other emerging platforms.
• Basic SEO knowledge for landing page optimization.
