Email Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist/Manager for Ecommerce Brands to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage our audience, increase conversions, and strengthen customer relationships.The role requires expertise in segmentation, automation, analytics, and compliance with email marketing best practices. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure email communications align with brand voice and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Create, proofread, and schedule email campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences.
• Manage and grow the email subscriber database, ensuring list segmentation and data hygiene.
• Design and execute A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, CTAs, and layouts.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, unsubscribe rates, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers and content writers to ensure compelling copy and visuals.
• Set up and manage marketing automation workflows (e.g., welcome series, re-engagement, cart abandonment).
• Stay updated on email marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
