Meta Ads Intern (Leading to Full-Time Opportunity)

Ethisol Marketing Agency is looking for a motivated and analytical Meta Ads Intern to join our growing digital marketing team. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about performance marketing and want to gain hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Support audience research, targeting, and campaign strategy development
• Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
• Create and test ad creatives, copy, and campaign variations
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities
• Assist in preparing campaign reports and performance insights
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives
• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends, features, and best practices

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and social media advertising
• Strong interest in performance marketing and paid advertising
• Good analytical, communication, and writing skills
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and digital marketing concepts
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently when required
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools is a plus
• Marketing, Business, or related educational background preferred
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to grow professionally

Experience

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Previous internship, coursework, or personal projects related to digital marketing will be considered an advantage

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs15,000.00 per month
