Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Meta Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, tiktok, Snapchat). The ideal candidate will drive lead generation, conversions, and revenue by building scalable campaigns, testing creatives and audiences, and collaborating with marketing, design, and sales teams to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage end-to-end Meta advertising campaigns from concept to execution, including goal setting, budgeting, targeting, creative direction, and landing page alignment.
  • Build, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite (awareness, consideration, conversion, and retargeting), with a focus on maximizing ROI and reducing CPA.
  • Create and test audience segments (custom, lookalike, interest-based), ad formats (image, video, carousel, Instant Experience), and creative variations
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking, events, and offline conversions to ensure accurate attribution and measurement.
  • Analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and present weekly/monthly reports to stakeholders; translate data into optimization recommendations.
  • Coordinate with media, web, and sales teams to optimize landing pages, forms, and post-click experiences; ensure smooth lead handoff and CRM integration.
  • Stay up-to-date with Meta platform changes, policies, and best practices; implement relevant updates to campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience planning and managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns with measurable impact (lead generation, conversions, revenue).
  • Strong understanding of funnel marketing, attribution, and ROI.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, conversions, events, and audience targeting.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with dynamic ads, catalog sales, or shopping campaigns on Meta.
  • Cross-channel advertising experience (Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok) and attribution across channels.
