We organize workshops, camps, birthday parties, corporate events, and creative programs that help people build confidence, creativity, and practical skills through hands-on projects.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist who understands the Dubai market and can drive high-quality leads through Facebook and Instagram advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads for workshops, camps, events, and educational programs.
• Develop and test audience targeting strategies for the Dubai market.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
• Analyze results and provide clear performance reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
• Stay up to date with Meta advertising trends and platform updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) is mandatory.
• Experience running advertising campaigns specifically in Dubai/UAE is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to manage advertising budgets independently.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
• English proficiency sufficient for professional communication.
• Ability to demonstrate previous campaign results and case studies.
