Job Title: Meta Ads Specialist (6 Months – 1 Year Experience)

Location: Onsite – Rawalpindi

Work Timings: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Meta Ads Specialist with 6 months to 1 year of experience in running and managing Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns. Knowledge of Google Ads is a plus. The ideal candidate should also have technical expertise in Pixel setup, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and event tracking to ensure accurate performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for e-commerce and local service businesses.

Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS, and lead generation.

Implement advanced tracking through Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and custom events.

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.

Monitor and analyze ad performance; prepare regular reports.

Stay updated with Meta Ads best practices, policies, and trends.

Collaborate with the creative team for ad content and landing page optimization.

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads management.

Basic knowledge of Google Ads is a plus point.

Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels and local lead generation campaigns.

Technical skills: Pixel setup, GTM, conversion tracking, and analytics tools.

Ability to work with data and make performance-driven decisions.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have (Plus Points):

Knowledge of remarketing and custom audience strategies.

Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.

Certification in Meta Ads or Google Ads.
