Role Overview

As our Meta Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns that generate qualified leads and sales. You will work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals, and deliver transparent performance reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on ROAS and lead generation.
• Conduct audience research, segmentation, and lookalike modeling.
• Optimize campaigns daily across targeting, bidding, and creatives to achieve KPIs.
• Implement retargeting, funnel-based strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with design/copy teams to test and scale winning ad creatives.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on Meta algorithm changes, ad policies, and best practices.

Performance KPIs

• Minimum ROAS target: 3x–5x (depending on campaign type).
• Achieve Cost-per-Lead (CPL) within [insert acceptable range] AED/USD.
• Scale ad spend from [X amount AED/USD] per month upwards profitably.
• Consistent improvement in CTR% and Conversion Rate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads with significant budgets.
• Demonstrated success in achieving ROAS/CPL goals.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, Events Manager, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong analytical and A/B testing skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: Experience with other platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
