About the Role

We are looking for a talented Meta Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team in North Karachi. You will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns for both our agency and our diverse client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads that drive measurable results including lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for both agency promotion and client accounts
• Develop customized funnel strategies for service-based businesses and e-commerce brands
• Manage ad budgets effectively to achieve KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, CPA, and CTR
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and custom event tracking for accurate campaign measurement
• Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with our design team to develop high-performing creatives
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to maximize performance
• Analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager and generate actionable insights and performance reports
• Work closely with our web development and design teams to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
• Stay current with Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and advertising best practices
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 1-2 years of proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with demonstrable results
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies for both lead generation and e-commerce
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Meta Pixel setup
• Experience with both service-based and e-commerce advertising campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven optimization decisions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain campaign performance to clients
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a digital agency environment
• Knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other advertising platforms
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
• Familiarity with remarketing and dynamic product ads (DPA)
• Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification is a plus
• Experience with audience segmentation and custom/lookalike audience creation
