About the Role:
Scaleup is looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our team and manage Meta ad campaigns for our client in the apparel and clothing industry. This role requires a strong background in social media advertising, with a focus on Meta platforms, and a proven ability to drive growth and sales through paid media strategies.
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing Meta ads strategies across multiple social media platforms, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring they align with the client’s business goals. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales for a well-established clothing brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage paid Meta ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) to drive traffic, conversions, and sales for the clothing brand.
- Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns using A/B testing, data-driven insights, and best practices to maximize ROI.
- Cross-Platform Campaigns: Manage and scale campaigns across other social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and others where applicable.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor ad performance metrics (CPC, CPM, ROAS, etc.) and provide detailed reports and actionable insights to the client and internal teams.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop ad copy, visuals, and videos that align with the brand’s identity and messaging.
- Budget Management: Ensure efficient budget allocation across different campaigns, ensuring optimal spend and performance.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and Meta platform updates to ensure the client is always ahead of the curve.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta ads (Facebook, Instagram) with a focus on eCommerce, especially in the apparel or fashion industry.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in running campaigns on Meta platforms and other social media platforms like TikTok and Pinterest.
- Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of analytics, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
- Creative & Strategic Thinker: Ability to blend creative strategies with data-driven decisions to scale and grow campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with internal teams and clients.
- Tools & Platforms: Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, Google Analytics, and other ad management tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the apparel and clothing industry’s digital marketing landscape and trends.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with retargeting and remarketing strategies.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnerships within the apparel industry.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with other advertising platforms such as Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
