Our client is a premium home furnishings retailer based in Montreal, serving design conscious customers across showroom and e commerce channels. They are known for curated Italian and Canadian brands, white glove delivery, and top tier customer satisfaction. The marketing team runs seasonal promotions and always on campaigns to drive both showroom appointments and online conversions.

Why this role exists

The client needs a Meta Ads Specialist who can independently translate high level business goals into action plans, build campaigns from scratch, and optimize them to measurable outcomes. This role exists to improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and increase qualified leads and sales through rigorous testing, budget discipline, and data driven decision making. You will operate with minimal supervision, owning strategy, execution, and reporting end to end.

The Impact you'll make
  • Strategy and Roadmap: Translate high level direction into a channel strategy, action plan, and testing roadmap; conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and intent/keyword exploration relevant to Meta targeting; define funnel architecture and measurement plans.
  • Campaign Build and Execution: Build Meta campaigns from scratch, including structure, pixel/CAPI setup, and conversion events; configure targeting, placements, and bidding strategies aligned with objectives; launch, QA, and iterate quickly based on performance signals.
  • Creative and Experimentation: Develop briefs and build/test ad creatives and copy; run structured A/B tests on hooks, formats, offers, and audiences; partner with stakeholders to refresh creative based on insights.
  • Optimization and Reporting: Monitor performance daily in Meta Ads Manager and GA4; identify trends and opportunities; optimize budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives; prepare clear, data driven reports and present results in plain language with actionable recommendations.
  • Budget and Stakeholder Management: Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and maintain spend limits; communicate proactively on pacing, learnings, risks, and next steps; present insights to non technical stakeholders and align on priorities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required

  • Hands on experience building and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns from scratch with a proven track record improving ROAS, reducing CPA, or increasing lead quality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager (Pixel/CAPI), audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, test, and optimize ad creatives and copy within a structured experimentation framework.
  • Strong analytics and reporting skills using GA4 and Excel/Sheets; able to explain results to non technical stakeholders.
  • Proven budget management and pacing discipline across multiple campaigns and funnels.
Work At Home Setup

  • Internet speed of at least 40 Mbps.
  • Headset with extended mic and noise cancellation plus a webcam.

  • Technical: Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, Audience Insights, Creative Hub, GA4, campaign structuring, experimentation, attribution and funnel analysis, data storytelling.
  • Soft skills: owner's mindset, autonomy, proactive communication, crisp reporting, stakeholder alignment, bias for action.
  • Bonus: Experience with retail/ecommerce and showroom or lead gen objectives; familiarity with French/English markets is a plus.

Work Setup

  • Monday to Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Time (40 hrs/week).
Compensation
  • $6 per hour.
