Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Ads Expert who has hands-on experience in Real Estate Sales Campaigns. The ideal candidate must know how to generate quality leads, conversions, and actual sales through paid advertising.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, run & optimize Facebook / Instagram Ads for real estate projects
• Execute lead generation & sales-focused campaigns
• Audience targeting, retargeting & funnel strategy
• Monitor ads performance (CPL, ROI, conversions)
• A/B testing of creatives, copies & audiences
• Coordinate with sales team to improve closing ratio
• Deliver consistent & qualified leads

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Real Estate Ads & Sales
• Strong command on Meta Ads Manager
• Clear understanding of real estate buyers’ psychology
• Ability to deliver measurable results
• Data-driven & performance-focused mindset
• Portfolio / past results preferred
