We are seeking a results-driven and highly analytical Meta & Google Ads Manager to plan, implement, and optimize online advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, developing audience strategies, and maximizing ROI through data-driven insights and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and execute advertising strategies on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Define target audiences, ad creatives, and campaign structures aligned with business objectives.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization:
  • Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting budgets, bids, and creatives to meet KPIs.
  • Implement A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and third-party platforms.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Forecast ad spend and outcomes based on campaign performance.
  • Collaboration & Creativity:
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams for campaign alignment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC, CPC, CPM, and remarketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Familiarity with keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Creative thinking with a strong understanding of ad copywriting and design principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification.
  • Experience with e-commerce campaigns and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
