We are seeking a results-driven and highly analytical Meta & Google Ads Manager to plan, implement, and optimize online advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, developing audience strategies, and maximizing ROI through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute advertising strategies on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Define target audiences, ad creatives, and campaign structures aligned with business objectives.
- Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting budgets, bids, and creatives to meet KPIs.
- Implement A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and third-party platforms.
- Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution.
- Budget Management:
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Forecast ad spend and outcomes based on campaign performance.
- Collaboration & Creativity:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams for campaign alignment.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Strong knowledge of PPC, CPC, CPM, and remarketing strategies.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Creative thinking with a strong understanding of ad copywriting and design principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience with e-commerce campaigns and lead generation.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
