As we grow in the dynamic META region, we are looking for a strategic and collaborative leader to help shape healthcare policy, improve patient access, and drive sustainable reimbursement models across diverse healthcare systems.

The META Government Affairs & Reimbursement Head will lead and execute public affairs, health policy, and reimbursement strategies across the Middle East and Africa. This role is critical in shaping an enabling policy environment, fostering strong relationships with government stakeholders, and ensuring patient access to Baxter’s innovative therapies and technologies.
