About the Role:
Hired Employment Agency is seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Professional to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in structural metal stud framing, drywall hanging and finishing, and acoustic ceiling systems. Our projects span both interior and exterior commercial construction, so a versatile skill set and strong work ethic are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural metal stud framing for commercial buildings
• Hang and finish drywall to commercial standards
• Install acoustic ceiling systems
• Assist with various interior and exterior construction tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial construction
• Skilled in structural framing, drywall installation and finishing, and ceiling systems
• Familiarity with both interior and exterior build-out techniques
• Commitment to quality, safety, and reliability
• Dependable transportation and own tools
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pass Pre employment screenings
