Metallizer Operator - (Port Qasim)

We are seeking a skilled Metallizer Operator to operate and monitor metallization machinery for applying metallic coatings to various materials. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth machine operations, maintaining product quality, achieving production targets, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor metallization machines and equipment
• Set up machine parameters according to product specifications
• Load and unload materials while ensuring proper alignment
• Conduct quality checks and inspections of coated products
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance
• Record production data and machine performance
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas
• Follow all HSE and quality protocols
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to optimize performance

Requirements:

• DAE qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in metallization processes
• Knowledge of vacuum coating processes and film winding
• Understanding of metallization machinery and operations

Details:

• Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – 70,000
• Shift Timing: 12-hour shift

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
