As part of its growth and innovation strategy, the company is in the process of establishing a dedicated Research and Development (R&D) department to enhance its mining operations. Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.

Experience: 2 plus years in ore beneficiation, refining, alloys, or recycling.

Skills: Metallurgical lab testing, process optimization, quality control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
