Job Description

We are looking for a Method Manager who will be responsible for developing, standardizing, and managing continuous improvement activities for methods that will increase the efficiency of production processes within Inform Elektronik.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage production methods and process improvement efforts,
• Ensure the implementation of lean production techniques such as Kanban, Levelling, Heijunka, Cell Production, One Piece Flow, 5S, VSM, PDCA, and SMED
• Identify annual profit projects, assign tasks, track weekly/monthly progress, and report to senior management,
• Verify and improve the accuracy of BOM and routing information,
• Prepare annual investment plans, track monthly performance, and report,
• Collaborate with R&D on RTC (Redesign to Cost) and CI (Continuous Improvement) projects,
• Perform cost analyses during project processes and coordinate with Purchasing and relevant teams,
• Organize training sessions at all levels to increase lean manufacturing awareness,

General Qualifications

• Graduated from the Industrial Engineering department of a university,
• At least 10 years of experience in production and method development, at least 2 years of experience in team management,
• Good level of English,
• Strong leadership skills,
• Successful in problem analysis, negotiation, and solution generation,
• Possesses planning, follow-up, analytical thinking, and results-oriented work skills,
• Team player with strong communication, persuasion, and representation skills,
