Service Sales and Marketing Manager


Your role and responsibilities

  • Product Management & Localization: Lead the localization and lifecycle of ABB Motion Services’ product portfolio, ensuring alignment with global guidelines, market needs, and consistent value-based messaging across all materials
  • Pricing Excellence: Coordinate and implement pricing governance, discount discipline, and profitability analysis to enhance transparency, competitiveness, and margin performance
  • Sales Tool Ownership & Enablement: Act as the local owner and developer of key sales and product tools (OneCare, Showpad, Motion Service Advisor, etc.), leading enhancements, training, and content updates to maximize usage and impact
  • Customer Insights & Market Intelligence: Conduct NPS, VoC, and market analyses to identify customer needs, improvement areas, and growth opportunities that inform product and business strategies
  • Marketing Enablement & Communication: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, webinars, and customer events that promote ABB’s service value propositions and generate measurable engagement

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management, Service Business, or Motion Systems (motors, drives, generators) within industrial segments; experience in lifecycle services is an advantage
  • Skilled in global-to-local product adaptation, documentation, and lifecycle governance
  • Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to work with pricing models, cost structures, discount mechanisms
  • Skilled in developing sales tools and driving KPI-based adoption
  • Strong ownership with clear communication, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven problem-solving
  • Customer-oriented, willing to travel without restrictions, and able to work effectively across sales, service, and project teams
