Metro by T-Mobile — Sales Associate — Tampa

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated team members to join our expanding network of Metro by T-Mobile stores!

Core Responsibilities:

Engage with customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

Drive sales of mobile devices, rate plans, and accessories.

Perform store opening and closing procedures.

Assist with store-level marketing and promotional initiatives.

Work toward achieving both individual and team goals.

Qualifications:

1+ year of retail experience preferred.

Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.

Computer proficiency with the ability to multitask.

Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.

No prior sales experience required—training will be provided.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
