Key Requirements and Responsibility

• Calibrates and controls the gauges internally and records in the available IT tool.
• Gathers and compiles data and results during the calibration process in the available IT tool checks against applicable specifications & procedures and prepares the calibration reports.
• Analyses the results of the calibration process recommending changes and or improvements.
• Assists in the analysis of new suppliers of gauges and instruments.
• Maintains gauges & instruments warehouse stock and logistics physically & in the system.
• Issues and receives the gauges in the available IT tool between applicable locations and maintain system records of gauges transfers.
• Purchases the suitable gauges and instruments applicable to the production.
• Reports any deviation or nonconformity of measurement tools.
• Performs external calibration witnessing.
