Mgr of Promotional Goods, Graphic Design & Brand Compliance
Essential Duties & Responsibilities-
Sets and implements the strategic direction for promotional goods from product design to market delivery

Leads the product development team, ensuring innovation and compliance with branding standards

Manages negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and maintain high-quality standards

Oversees budgeting and financial strategies to maximize profitability
-
Implements strict quality control measures to ensure all products meet RIT's standards
-
Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded expectations
-
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities-
Knowledge of branding and promotional merchandise production and sourcing

Knowledge of strategic planning and budget management

Skill in negotiation and vendor management

Ability to lead and inspire a product development team

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Ability to problem-solving efficiently to handle service delivery issues
Minimum Education & Experience-
Bachelor's degree in related field

3 years of relevant experience
-
Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
