How will you make an impact in this role?

The Program Manager will lead strategic initiatives that enhance the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) ecosystem and drive data-informed decision-making across the enterprise cloud environment. This role combines technical program management , business analytics , and strategic leadership to deliver optimized, scalable, and inclusive engineering solutions.

The individual will work closely with CI/CD engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in toolchain efficiency, resource utilization, and process inclusivity.

• CI/CD and DevOps Program Leadership
• Capacity Planning and Optimization
• Business Insights and Reporting
• Engagement Ownership and Cross-Functional Leadership
• Coordinate priorities, dependencies, and execution across engineering, operations, and product functions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience : Demonstrated experience working with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent CI/CD tools & Proven background in data analytics, visualization, and business intelligence reporting (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
