J&B Medical's Sales Team is GROWING!!
The Territory Manager is responsible for developing and managing provider relationships, executing strategic sales initiatives, and delivering outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in the field, manages multiple priorities effectively, and consistently exceeds performance expectations.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct effective sales calls with healthcare professionals including Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and related specialties.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Partner with local manufacturer representatives to implement coordinated sales strategies.
- Schedule and deliver compelling product presentations and in-service training.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with inside sales, customer service, and clinical support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Represent J & B Medical at diabetes-related trade shows, conferences, and community events.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, reimbursement, managed care, and competitive trends.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and urgency while delivering best-in-class service.
Work Environment:
This job is performed both in an office setting and in the field. The role also requires driving to customer locations.
Requirements:
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent sales or medical industry experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of field or inside sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organization, time-management, and territory-planning abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to analyze sales data and use insights to guide strategy.
Experience in diabetes, DME, or healthcare-related sales strongly preferred
