We're Hiring! Executive - M.I.C.E

Are you passionate about event planning, corporate travel, and bringing large-scale meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (M.I.C.E) to life?

We are looking for a M.I.C.E Executive to join our team and play a key role in executing corporate events and travel experiences seamlessly.

What You’ll Do:

Plan & execute M.I.C.E events from start to finish

Coordinate with corporate clients, vendors, and service providers

Manage event logistics, including venue selection, transportation & catering

Handle travel & accommodation arrangements for corporate groups

Negotiate contracts with hotels, venues & suppliers

Ensure cost control & financial reporting for all events

Drive business development & contribute to sales growth

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or a related field

4+ years of experience in event planning, corporate travel, or M.I.C.E management

Strong negotiation & communication skills

Ability to multitask, work under pressure & meet tight deadlines

Proficiency in MS Office & event management software

Willingness to travel & work flexible hours
