CCTV Executive

E-Lite is looking for CCTV Executive:

The CCTV Executive is responsible for continuous monitoring of surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets. The role involves observing live camera feeds, reviewing recorded footage, identifying suspicious activities, reporting incidents, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live CCTV feeds and alarms to detect suspicious or unauthorized activities.

Observe and report security breaches, safety hazards, or policy violations.

Review recorded footage when required for investigations or audits.

Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.

Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems and report technical issues promptly.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation protocols.

Preserve evidence and ensure footage is handled confidentially and ethically.

Adhere to data protection, privacy, and company security policies.

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV (NVR) (DVR).

Monitor and manage cybersecurity threats and incidents.

Job Specification:

Strong observation and attention to detail

Ability to remain alert during long monitoring hours

Good communication and reporting skills

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CCTV software

Ability to work in shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

Calm and professional response during emergencies

High level of integrity and confidentiality

Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
