Position 1: Outbound MICE Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
1.Develop and manage outbound MICE business for international destinations
2.Generate and convert corporate MICE leads
3.Handle inquiries for overseas meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions
4.Prepare proposals, itineraries, and competitive quotations
5.Negotiate rates with overseas DMCs, hotels, airlines, and suppliers
6.Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
7.Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
8.Coordinate closely with operations team for smooth execution
9.Attend client meetings, presentations, and networking events
10.Maintain CRM records and sales performance reports
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Outbound MICE sales or corporate travel sales
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Knowledge of international destinations, hotels, and DMCs
Target-driven with strong business development skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Position 2: Outbound MICE Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities
1.Manage end-to-end outbound MICE operations for international groups
2.Coordinate with overseas DMCs, hotels, airlines, and vendors
3.Handle flight bookings, visas (where applicable), accommodation, and transfers
4.Prepare rooming lists, travel schedules, and operational documents
5.Ensure smooth execution of overseas MICE programs as per client requirements
6.Manage last-minute changes, emergencies, and on-ground coordination
7.Monitor costs and maintain operational budgets
8.Prepare confirmations, vouchers, and post-event reports
9.Work closely with sales team to deliver committed services
10.Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Outbound MICE operations
Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking skills
Experience working with overseas suppliers and DMCs
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple groups
Proficiency in MS Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
