About the Role

• Developing underwriting strategies for commercial lending,
• Defining rules, principles and methodologies for underwriting processes,
• Designing decision support systems and aligning strategies across all channels and products through credit processes,
• Monitoring the credit portfolio and analyzing rule sets based on Delinquency and NPL performance to maintain optimal decision strategies,
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of the credit portfolio,
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulations, and risk criteria.

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Economics, Business, Finance, Banking, etc.),
• 5+ years work experience in Commercial Credit Underwriting Decision Support Systems or Commercial Credit Analytics,
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, SQL and PowerCurve Strategy Management (PCSM); preferably experienced with Python,
• Excellent written and spoken English skills,
• Strong analytical thinking and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences; experienced in building and delivering impactful presentations using ThinkCell and other data visualization tools,
• Ability to translate data-driven insights into compelling business narratives that support strategic decision-making,
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the right attitude and competence to fulfill the job function effectively,
• Continues to learn while sharing their experience,
• Follows innovations and adapts quickly to change.
